The employees of TechJockey showed an incredible commitment to environmental sustainability by coming together to celebrate World Environment Day on June 2nd. They organized various engaging and impactful activities to create a greener and healthier planet. These initiatives truly highlighted their dedication to the environment.
The day started with a green touch. Each employee was presented with a beautiful plant, igniting a sense of responsibility towards nature. As an added personal touch, everyone was encouraged to name their plants, fostering a sense of connection and nurturing.
Further, TechJockey collaborated with Core and Pure, a well-known manufacturer of essential and natural oils, to offer a diverse selection of eco-friendly products. This collaboration encouraged employees to buy sustainable alternatives. The evening witnessed a meaningful corporate social responsibility activity; the company collected donations and contributed an impressive number of plants to Deer Park, Hauz Khas.
The company also organized a 'Best Out of Waste' competition to highlight the significance of the 3 R's: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. During the event, employees showcased their creativity and resourcefulness by turning discarded materials into amazing and visually appealing items.
In a remarkable display of commitment to energy conservation, the Techjockey team collectively turned off the lights from 11 am to 4 pm. This bold move symbolized their dedication to reducing energy consumption and emphasized the importance of mindful energy usage.
