Later-life services company, Clear Home Solutions (CHS), is celebrating ten years of providing innovative later-life services. Clear Home Solutions is a move-management, downsizing, decluttering and estate sales company created to help people, especially seniors, move to a safe, serene and conducive location where they can enjoy their later life.
Founder and CEO of CHS, Marty Stevens-Heebner, who is an award-winning entrepreneur, says what sets Clear Home Solutions apart from others is its know-how and how it carries out its services with compassion and a deep sense of responsibility.

According to her, CHS was the first nationally accredited firm in the later-life move industry to serve Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, and Marty is also a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO), Hoarding Specialist as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). She adds that for the past ten years, the company has been carrying out senior move management to the delight of their clients.
Speaking on how the Clear Home idea was born, Marty explains that she was inspired in 2013 by her experiences helping her 90-year-old father and her 88-year-old aunt with Alzheimer's manage their lives and belongings in a culture that too often ignores the needs of older adults and their families.
“These experiences were the defining moment for me. Helping move seniors and caring for their needs is something I do passionately and vowed to devote my time to.
