Champagne bar and wine-tasting lounge, Be Bubbly, envisions lounges, airport and hotel locations in Texas, Florida, and Southern California. After success in a predominantly Cabernet-focused destination such as Napa Valley, this sparkling downtown wine bar has made its mark with tasting events, live music, and the best champagne list available.
Owner of Be Bubbly, Erin Riley, who spent about 20 years in well-branded multi-store retail management, explains how her team is passionate about more than serving great champagne and hosting fun events.
“Be Bubbly launched a 2023 campaign called Be Generous where we select a local organization each quarter to share their message and amplify their cause through social media and fundraising. Overall, Be Bubbly is about creating memorable experiences, but we are also privileged to give back to our community, which is why I’m dedicated to expanding our presence nationally, to both serve sparkling wine lovers and assist hardworking nonprofits,” Erin explains.
Speaking about what’s next for Be Bubbly Napa, Riley says she aims to have Be Bubbly lounges in airport and hotel locations across the US. She adds that she wants to leverage the good traffic flow in cities like LA, Houston & Miami which is essential for her champagne bar business.
“The grand plan has always been to have multiple locations and I foresee at least four more. These are destinations that love brunch, have nightlife and offer a bubbly clientele with spending capacity. I believe you can Be Bubbly anywhere! Essentially, we need investors to see how big this vision is and key into it. I would love to see the Napa flagship get a boost of capital to expand/ enhance our current location and add a liquor license to serve champagne cocktails. Having had great success with our entertainment & tasting events in Napa despite a pandemic and our current limiting layout, I’m certain of our abilities to do even greater with a reimagined venue as our model for growth,” she adds.
Riley is laser-focused on her goal to increase the capacity at the current downtown Napa SoFi District location, record bigger successes with operations and events and then take this model to other cities like LA, Miami, Houston, and others with a vision of replicating the successes recorded in Napa Valley. She also aims to foster inclusivity and community support across these cities in the same Be Bubbly way.
