3 Circles Preschool (previously Rosie’s Preschool) has announced a significant expansion of its three-fold growth strategy, which includes expansion of preschool classrooms, a rebrand, and complementary services such as cleaning and interior design, all focused on creating safer, healthier, and more intentional spaces for children, families, and wider communities.
Rose Mitchell, founder of 3 Circles Preschool, began her career eight years ago when she came across a concerning incident with her daughter’s preschool. “I saw my daughter come home with a wad of her hair in her hand, telling me that another child had cut it,” she states. “I was shocked, and those responsible for her safety were unsure how to respond.” This lack of safety and accountability prompted her to act. Within a month, she had opened her own preschool at home.

“This expansion marks our efforts to solve the real problems I’ve seen in my community,” she says. “I wanted a safe, clean environment where children could grow, learn, and blossom into their unique selves. Now, we’re taking that mission further, helping not only children but families and other spaces to thrive.”
When it started, 3 Circles Preschool had a single classroom and eight students. Today, it has grown into a thriving educational space with multiple classrooms and a dedicated team of experienced teachers, most of whom are mothers, who bring professional expertise and personal insight into early education.
“At 3 Circles Preschool, our classroom sizes remain intentionally small with a high teacher-to-student ratio, ensuring each child receives tailored attention,” Mitchell explains. “Children learn through play, exploration, and interaction with their peers, and we prioritize creating intentional environments that stimulate learning and growth while feeling safe and welcoming.”
Among its three-fold expansion is also the 3 Circles Cleaning, a service aimed at maintaining healthy and safe environments in schools, offices, and homes. “Having a clean environment makes everything better and healthier, especially when children are involved,” she says. “We want everyone, from children to adults, to experience the benefits of a space that’s safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed.”
Lastly, the interior design division, set to launch soon, focuses on creating spaces that are functional, safe, and emotionally uplifting. “We aim to craft environments that can cater to each client’s needs, whether that’s a playful, energetic setting for children or a relaxing, comforting space for adults,” she explains. “Every detail, from lighting and colors to textures and scents, affects how a space impacts people, and we aim to make that impact positive.”
The expansion also underpins 3 Circles Preschool’s deeper philosophy of addressing community needs through meaningful solutions. “Early childhood is often underserved, yet research shows 90% of brain development happens by age five,” she reveals. “At 3 Circles Preschool, we’re focused on leveraging that data to expand mindsets. We hope to inspire other childcare providers and community-focused entrepreneurs to see what’s possible when you prioritize care and creativity.”
Building on her eight years of experience, Mitchell is demonstrating that thoughtful, intentional growth can benefit children, parents, and communities alike. “If anyone thinks this is the pinnacle of what we’re doing,” she says, “there’s much more to come. Our vision is to continue creating spaces that make a lasting difference.”
