Ever Unfolding Minds, the RTT-focused hypnotherapy practice, is approaching its five-year milestone, marking a pivotal chapter for a business built on personal healing and a deep commitment to workplace well-being.
Founded by Aisha Taylor-Dees, the company’s journey began long before the business was formed. After the birth of her son, she experienced postpartum depression, an emotional shift she says she initially didn’t recognize. “I kept saying, ‘I’m fine,’ but when I finally sat with myself, I realized I wasn’t,” she recalls. Trying hypnotherapy as a last attempt to feel grounded again, she found unexpected relief. “It worked so well that it shifted my whole path,” she adds.

Having already used hypnobirthing during her son’s water birth, Taylor-Dees notes that the process had helped reprogram her mind and sync with her body. She later trained in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), a method she believes allows her to guide clients through uncovering root issues quickly and effectively. “RTT is usually one to three sessions per issue,” she explains. “I give clients a bespoke audio after each session and follow up for 21 days. They learn to embody the new version of themselves, not just think about it.”
Ever Unfolding Minds originally centered on families, but Taylor-Dees’ work evolved as she observed rising burnout in small business environments. “I believe therapeutic and wellness-focused businesses give so much to others that they forget themselves,” she says. “I understand that deeply, and I can speak directly to it.”
Today, her corporate wellness offerings are tailored for small businesses, especially those in wellness, spiritual, or therapeutic spaces, although she remains flexible with any organization seeking mental health support. Packages, she notes, are usage-based, allowing one person to use multiple sessions or for teams to divide them among managers or staff. Sessions can be one-on-one or in groups, depending on the company’s needs.

“I meet businesses where they are,” she says. “Some companies want manager-focused work, some want employee wellness days, women’s network sessions, or something for Mental Health Awareness Month.” Taylor-Dees designs her programs to be entirely customizable; for this reason, she aims to benefit all teams.
As part of her expanding corporate and community engagement, Taylor-Dees also leads “Hot Girl Healing: Floral Edition,” a bi-monthly workshop that blends intention-setting, RTT-based meditation, releasing rituals, floral embodiment, and communal connection.

The event, she notes, moves through a full emotional arc of letting go, redefining self-identity, and creating a bouquet that represents the participant’s new chapter. A virtual version is planned for early 2026. “The program is designed to help people embody the version of themselves that they’re becoming and connect with their calm, intentional selves,” she says. “I guide people through it in a creative, approachable way.”
Her long-term vision for Ever Unfolding Minds integrates professional and personal transformation. “I want workplaces to be spaces where people can thrive,” Taylor-Dees says. “So many of us carry high emotions and old triggers into our workdays. When people understand themselves, they show up differently at work and at home.”
With nearly five years behind her, Taylor-Dees hopes this milestone draws more awareness to RTT as a supportive tool for modern workplaces. “Businesses are looking for ways to support their teams beyond surface-level wellness,” she says. “My goal is to offer something that genuinely helps them regulate, refocus, and feel seen.”
As Ever Unfolding Minds steps into its next chapter, Aisha Taylor-Dees plans to continue expanding her programs, including the “Reboot Business” and “Reboot Family” offerings, both designed to create a ripple effect of well-being across work and home environments.
