New managed submission service handles TCE data entry on behalf of service providers, allowing them to focus on inspections, customers, and business growth

BRYCER, the creator of The Compliance Engine (TCE), announced the launch of Compliance Sync, a new managed report submission service for service providers participating in TCE. With Compliance Sync, service providers submit their completed inspection reports, and BRYCER's administrative specialists handle the report data entry into TCE on their behalf. For service providers managing inspection tracking across multiple jurisdictions, Compliance Sync removes the manual step entirely.

BRYCER is transforming how cities enforce fire and life safety compliance.

One Simple Action Removes the Administrative Burden

Manual data entry has long been one of the biggest administrative challenges for service providers using TCE. Transcribing inspection reports across multiple systems, formats, and jurisdiction requirements has long been one of the most time-consuming aspects of contractor compliance management, diverting resources from core business operations. As service providers expand across more premises and jurisdictions, those reporting demands continue to grow, creating additional administrative workload. Compliance Sync helps eliminate this burden.

Getting started with Compliance Sync requires just one action: submitting the report PDFs. There is no new platform to learn or workflow to change. Service providers continue generating inspection reports as they always have, while BRYCER handles the data entry into TCE. In many cases, service providers no longer need to log in to TCE to fulfill their reporting obligations—simply send the report, and BRYCER takes care of the rest. The result is time saving for service providers while ensuring AHJs continue to receive the compliance data they rely on.

Two Ways to Submit

Compliance Sync offers two submission paths:

Email Submission
Available to all service providers at launch. Each branch receives a dedicated email address to submit completed report PDFs. BRYCER's administrative specialists transcribe the data directly into TCE. Each submission becomes a complete inspection report software record in TCE.

Software Integration
Service providers can submit reports directly from their existing field inspection software. BuildingReports is the first supported integration. Additional integrations are planned for future phases.

Both paths require no new platform, no setup fee, and no long-term commitment.

"It's encouraging to see customers' excitement when they learn about Compliance Sync. We heard how much of a pain point this was, but their reactions really drive that point home." said Terence Taylor, Head of New Services at BRYCER.

Built for Service Provider Flexibility

Compliance Sync is available to all TCE service providers for $5 per report submitted. Service providers can submit inspection, deficiency, and repair reports. BRYCER's administrative specialists process most reports within two to three business days, with a guarantee of entry within five business days. Service providers also receive monthly status notifications to help track submission activity.

Prior to launch, Compliance Sync was piloted with a select group of service providers to validate the rollout process. Compliance Sync reflects BRYCER's continued commitment to improving the experience for all users of The Compliance Engine. Future enhancements will further streamline report submission and expand integration options for service providers.
