Cyndra AI, an AI employee platform, today opened a white-label program that lets agencies deploy and resell AI employees under their own brand. An AI employee is a role-specific AI agent that lives in a team's messaging channels, connects to its tools, and takes on ongoing work under human approval. The new program gives agency owners a way to offer AI workforce services to their clients without building the underlying technology themselves.

For agencies, the economics of AI have been awkward. Clients keep asking for automation, but most of the tools on the market are built for end users, not for resellers, and the ones built for resellers tend to lock the work behind someone else's brand. Cyndra built its white-label program around the opposite idea: the agency owns the client relationship, the brand, and the pricing, and Cyndra quietly runs the AI employees underneath.
Each white-labeled AI employee runs under the agency's own domain, logo, colors, and fonts, so clients experience it as the agency's product. Behind the scenes, the employee has the same capabilities Cyndra ships to direct clients. It lives in Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, connects to more than 1,000 business tools through managed OAuth, and runs in Supervised, Semi-autonomous, or Autonomous mode with a full audit log.
"Agencies keep getting asked for AI work they can't profitably deliver, because the tools weren't built for them to resell," said Johann Sathianathen, founder of Cyndra AI. "We built the white-label program so an agency can sell AI employees as its own service line, set its own pricing, and keep the margin, while we handle the platform, the integrations, and the oversight."
Cyndra designed the program around the way agencies actually operate. An agency can stand up a separate AI employee for each client account, each connected to that client's own stack, with work and approvals routed through the channels the agency already uses to talk to its team. A reporting employee can pull a client's ad performance and draft a weekly report. A sales employee can qualify and follow up with a client's inbound leads. A support employee can triage tickets overnight and queue replies for the morning.
The model is meant to help agencies take on more clients without proportionally more headcount, and to turn AI from a cost the agency absorbs into a recurring service it bills for. Agencies keep the client relationship, the brand, and the revenue. Cyndra runs the platform.
