Saratoga Hospital’s Center for Breast Care marks 10 years of providing expert, compassionate care to the community this month, which is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The center located at Wilton Medical Arts on Route 50, has grown to become a regional leader in comprehensive breast health.
Since welcoming its first patients in 2015, the center has expanded to include two fellowship-trained breast surgeons, Patricia Kennedy, MD, and Jennifer Bayron, MD, along with three advanced practice providers and nurse navigators, all dedicated to supporting patients at every stage of their breast health journeys.
“At the Center for Breast Care, we pride ourselves on offering not just exceptional clinical expertise, but also personalized guidance and support”, said Dr. Kennedy. “We work collaboratively across multiple specialties to ensure that every patient receives an individualized, coordinated treatment plan.”
The center provides a full spectrum of services, including:
• Breast cancer evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Breast cancer risk assessment and surveillance for patients with elevated risk
• Long-term follow-up and survivorship care
• Patient education and navigation through diagnosis, treatment and recovery

Surgeons at the center specialize in oncoplastic surgery, hidden-scar techniques, and aesthetic flat closure, working closely with plastic surgery to provide a variety of reconstructive options. The team also has expertise in interoperative, ultrasound-guided procedures, further enhancing precision and outcomes for patients.
In the past year alone, the Center for Breast Care has seen 270 new cancer patients, underscoring its critical role in early detection, advanced treatment, and comprehensive support.
“Our team’s growth and the trust our patients place in us are a testament to the quality of care we deliver”, said Dr. Bayron. “As we look to the future, our commitment to advancing breast health and improving outcomes remains as strong as ever.”
