One piece of advice which probably will help you limit your credit bill and prevent you from indebting yourself is to use your credit card only for necessities. Use your debit card or cash to pay for everyday products or materials. Using your credit card on everything makes you spend more than you should because you don’t have to pay on the spot, and when the credit bill arrives, you die a little inside, right?
Hence, use a credit card for the necessary products, which may be going out of budget.
· Pay off on Time:
Even if you are using your credits for all the basic things, make a plan to pay it off on time. Force yourself and set a time limit on which you have to pay all your accumulated credit bill.
This will make you aware of your protruding bill, and on-time payment will release you from the stress of debts and bad credit scores.
· Run Away from the Boundaries:
All credit scores have a boundary. A limit which decides how much you can spend. This particular criterion is very important, and for users to not have a bad credit score, it is advised to steer clear of this boundary.
Keep a large margin between your credit spending and your boundary limit. This not only makes it easy to pay off the bill but will look good in the eyes of the company.
