In a few weeks since its launch, the app has garnered more than 1 million users and hit the top downloaded app charts in the US, UK, Canada in the Play Store and the App Store , according to data from analytics firm Sensor Tower.
According to HubX co-founding brothers Cem & Kaan Ortabas the year 2023 is set to be the year of AI, with the rapid pace of innovation and new possibilities in the field. However, while there are many AI chatbots out there, they are mostly known and utilized by early adopters and tech-savvy individuals. This revolutionary technology has the potential to change the lives of billions of people, but most individuals do not know how to harness its full power.
That's where Nova comes in. HubX latest app focuses on making the latest AI technology more accessible to a wider range of users. Nova offers an easy-to-use user experience through a mobile interface that allows anyone to leverage the power of AI in their daily lives. HubX saw the opportunity to create a native application for mobile devices to smoothen the user experience and allow easier utilization of the technology such as integrating speech to text feature, where users can input prompts for the AI without having to type on a keyboard.
Ortabas noted that many people are unable to use GPT technology effectively, because they don't know how to “talk to the AI” through using proper prompts. To help people overcome that, Nova has an Explorer function, which contains a library of prompts that can guide users on which to use to obtain their desired results from the AI.
“Explorer teaches the user how to interact with the bot. It can give them insight on the various areas they can leverage its capabilities and how they can effectively communicate with the technology. This is part of our goal in creating a multi-platform client, which is to educate people on the capabilities of GPT technology and inspire them to integrate it into their daily life.”
According to co-founder Kaan Ortabas, the large majority of people are still unfamiliar with the current capabilities of AI chat programs. He estimates that, in Turkey, around 9 out of 10 people fit into this figure. They may have heard about it in the media, but they have not accessed it nor learned about the extent of its capabilities.
