NFM Lending Recognized by Freddie Mac with Home Possible RISE Award for HFA Advantage Greatest Volume
NFM Lending and its Family of Lenders has been recognized by Freddie Mac with the Home Possible RISE Award® in the HFA Advantage Greatest Volume category. This honor highlights NFM Lending's leadership in originating Home Possible® and HFA Advantage® mortgages, helping more families achieve homeownership.
Freddie Mac’s Home Possible RISE Awards honor organizations increasing access to affordable homeownership. NFM Lending was recognized for helping borrowers overcome affordability challenges, especially first-time and low- to moderate-income buyers.
“This recognition is a tremendous honor and reflects our teams’ daily work to increase homeownership access,” said Cindy Keith, Chief Strategy Officer at NFM Lending. “Affordability is a top challenge, and we’re proud to address it through strong execution, trusted partnerships, and pledge to sustainable outcomes.”
This recognition demonstrates NFM Lending’s proven success in delivering real results for affordable housing. By collaborating with Freddie Mac and Housing Finance Agency partners, NFM aligns teams across the company to help more families achieve homeownership through effective, community lending programs.
NFM’s HFA partnerships and understanding of local housing needs have helped increase homeownership and deliver strong results in its communities.
“We are proud to receive this recognition from Freddie Mac and deeply value our continued partnership,” said NFM President Latasha Waddy. “Together, we are helping expand access to responsible, sustainable homeownership for more families.”
