The certification recognizes sustained installation volume, advanced technical training, operational discipline, and ongoing performance monitoring by Mitsubishi Electric.

What Elite Diamond Status Requires

Mitsubishi’s contractor program includes three levels: Standard, Diamond, and Elite Diamond. In 2025 alone, Product Air completed more than 150 Mitsubishi heat pump and AC installations across Western Washington, serving communities including Marysville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Shoreline, Mercer Island, Everett, Issaquah, and Seattle.
