NFM, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Eugene, OR. The new branch officially opened the week of December 18th, 2013, and is located near the intersection of Irving Road and River Road. The new NFM, Inc. branch will focus its lending platform in all of Eugene and Lane County. They offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, Reverse, and many other loan options.

Scott Green, Branch Manager, has been in the mortgage industry for 21 years. In 1996, Green became a Vice President for Evergreen Pacific Mortgage and remained there until 2011, at which time he and two partners bought out Evergreen and became a division of Stearns Lending. Green was a branch manager until he became a Branch manager for NFM, Inc. in November of 2013. In 2006, he had a write up in the Register Guard and was named one of the Top 15 Mortgage Brokers in Oregon having closed 236 loans for approx $28,000,000.00. Green has made live appearances on KEZI 9 news as a mortgage expert to comment on the mortgage crises in 2008 and 2009. He is currently a lifetime member of the ASPCA.

The new branch is licensed in Oregon, and is always looking for qualified Mortgage Loan Originators, Loan Assistants and Processors for full time positions. The branch’s goal is to continue to partner with realtors in marketing services and borrower education efforts, and to grow the branch to service the need of the surrounding community.
