The Eating Disorder Center of Denver will be participating in Eating Disorder Awareness Week this week, February 20 – March 3. The goal of the week is to bring awareness to eating disorders and to increase the visibility of eating disorder treatment.
Eating disorder therapists and team members are looking forward to hosting lectures, screenings, activities, and educational booths at various venues throughout the greater Denver Metropolitan area in Colorado and the United States.
The Clinical Director at Eating Disorder Center of Denver, Dr. Tamara Pryor, FAED, says, “In addition to being a great opportunity to raise awareness for eating disorder treatment and prevention, this week also shows the commitment Eating Disorder Center of Denver has to the community and the nation.”
