The company plans to use the funding to build out the Artistic Ventures team based in Miami and New York City and scale up its moblie applications. In 2014 online art sales were $2.64 billion up from $1.57 billion in 2013 . The online art market currently accounts for 4.8 percent of the $55 billion global art market, and its expected the value will increase to $6.3 billion by 2019. The seed financing was led by Norfleet Funding Group of Bay Harbor Islands, Fl with additional participation from Artistic Partners and strategic New York-based angel investors. In additions Artistic Ventures plans to be trading on the OTC Markets in the next 6 months.
