According to her, 2.5M unlicensed images are stolen every day, amounting to 600B in damages. Yan notes that Numbers Protocol guarantees digital creators full ownership to their works, not just tokens.

She adds that the advancement of technology has made it difficult to differentiate authentic, real content from edited, manipulated and censored digital content. According to her, everything that is seen or heard, can now be faked or altered from its original state. While the company believes in change and the transformative power of technology, it also believes in the rights of content owners in exploring the full potential of their work. She notes that Numbers Protocol has its own application called Capture Cam, aside from having its own blockchain.This enables the company to register the images for every project it manages. She explains that news platforms can also register their news images on Numbers’ blockchain through the Numbers Protocol application. Numbers Protocol are experts at hardware and software technology, which is something quite rare in the industry. The company has some of the best engineers in the industry, who have both hardware and software expertise.
Regarding future goals, Yan says Numbers Protocol aims to partner with more online news platforms.
