Lauren Schifferdecker, therapist and author of "She's Not Crazy," announces a late 2023 to early 2024 book release. Lauren delves into the importance of embracing feminine power and gifts. After starting Inspire Counseling Center in 2015, it has grown steadily ever since. Despite initially vowing not to follow in her therapist father's footsteps, Lauren found herself drawn to the world of psychology after working in marketing and PR. She realized that she had been playing the role of an emotional janitor, cleaning up emotional messes wherever she went. Following her calling, Lauren returned to her roots, moving back to her hometown, going to grad school, and starting her career as a therapist while also starting a family. Her book, "She's Not Crazy," is sure to provide valuable insights and experiences from her unique journey. Most recently, Lauren has been named a “Power Woman” in Sheridan Road magazine’s 2023 roundup– as well as the “Most Influential Women Entrepreneurs Thriving in the Healthcare Ecosystem in 2023” by Healthcare Insights magazine.
