Aside from its Jumpstart Sessions, it has the Rising Star November/December Sessions, which will start on October 30th and last for 7 weeks or a total of 14 sessions. There are Tue/Fri or Wed/Fri options. These sessions will meet twice a week, with players working on their drills and skill work for the first half of the session. Then they will participate in a controlled scrimmage by the coaches in the second half. This is an excellent opportunity for players and teams to learn and hone their skills and apply them in a game-like setting.

The program is enriching, fun, and fast-paced. The individual skills training is dedicated to helping players improve their skill work. The sessions will be conducted in a court with in-house attack trainers experienced in developmental drills. The team building conditioning performance training is for the entire team. Its main goal is to build team spirit, athleticism, conditioning and strength. Experienced trainers will lead the sessions through Fitness Freedom at the Illinois basketball courts.
