Daniel Mangena, author speaker, and leadership coach, reveals the framework for his entrepreneurial and leadership coaching practice.
Mangena’s framework for entrepreneurship coaching, which is called Money DNA, consists of five pillars. The focus of the five pillars is for people to discover their own unique relationship with generating money, discover which aspects of their money DNA are out of alignment, and get them aligned to create large financial results.
One of the main focuses of the five-pillar model is guiding people to see how well they communicate with themselves and the people around them, how people are making decisions, and ensuring they will take action. Mangena has found when he applies this model to the people he works with he can guarantee they will see a fixed outcome of success in the future.
The first pillar of the Money DNA model is centered around money manifestation, which is a vehicle that is used to find out the most effective way individuals or businesses attract money. Mangena encourages his clients to ask themselves three important questions, which are what money-making opportunities have they recently engaged with, which opportunities have brought them abundance with ease and flow, and what has and has not worked for them and why?
The second pillar focuses on the roles people have when they’re looking at the creation of wealth and abundance. Mangena has found there is a vehicle within which there is an aligned way for people to improve their daily contributions that will lead to securing their personal goal of attaining wealth and abundance.
For the third pillar, Mangena focuses on communication and all the different ways in which people communicate their ideas internally and to other people. He says if there is a lack of communication it will lead to a breakdown in a person being able to properly manage themselves, a team, or a group of people. Mangena will help his clients to look at all their internal communications to identify problematic solutions and devise solutions, which can be implemented to improve communication.
Once the first three pillars have successfully been worked through, Mangena guides his clients through the fourth and fifth pillars, which center on decision and action. According to Mangena, everybody has an optimal body-based decision-making process that they can follow. When working with his clients Mangena identifies their decision-making process and links it with the goals they are trying to achieve. In the last pillar, Mangena implements methods in which his clients can take action and create a physical transformation in their lives.
“The Money DNA classes are meant to help people build wealth and achieve the goals they are working towards in their lives,” says Mangena. “Many of the people I have worked with in the past and still to this day are doing very well, and have been able to far exceed their goals they initially had.”
