Aiming to target the needs of people, Mary Greene Mazur, the Executive Director of Ignite and Heal Ministries SSM, announced plans for a global expansion. Ignite and Heal Your Life is one of the only ministries in the world, where courageous ones use PSYCH-K® as a method of unleashing spirituality, and connecting it to the mind and body.
This day and age presents people with opportunities and knowledge previous generations dreamed of. The continuously growing mental health awareness is igniting hope in the hearts of many advocates for the cause, inspiring a search for effective holistic solutions. Mary, a Certified PSYCH-K® Instructor, started her self-awareness journey over 15 years ago and is now hoping to help people worldwide achieve a sense of freedom and wholeness.
PSYCH-K® is a profound holistic method originated by Rob Williams 30 years ago. Mary first read about it in Dr. Bruce Lipton’s book, The Biology of Belief. After reading it, Mary was hit with a cogent realization about the myths that science and systems have been spreading. For years, Mary has been studying PSYCH-K®, learning how to transform negative energy based on fear into positivity.
Mary, having grown up in the depression age, realized how many more people are dealing with similar traumas and wounds. Through Ignite and Heal Your Life, she has been helping people realize their full potential, ignite the light inside them, and free them from the restrictive norms of the system. Mary emphasizes how important her services are, especially in the face of rising trends, “I think a lot of people are waking up, or at least are starting to question things. For years, we’ve been tough to fit into the system, and questioning things is the first step towards freedom.”
Mary is one of the 35 Certified PSYCH-K® Instructors in the world and highlights the importance of spreading this philosophy. Through offering most of her services online, Mary is planning to reach people on a larger scale, transforming their lives for the better. There’s only a handful of Certified PSYCH-K® Instructors in the world, and collectively, they offer services in 17 languages. “People are starting to open their eyes globally, and I implore everyone to reach out. Even if you don’t speak English, I encourage you to seek other Instructors,” expresses Mary. One of the main things Mary points out about the global impact of PSYCH-K® is that everyone in the world affects each other, creating a ripple effect. Her mission is to turn that ripple effect into one beaming with love and positivity.
Through PSYCH-K®, Mary has been helping people deepen their connection with their inner divinity. By doing so, she’s been able to channel trauma and wounds into positive energy. “Whatever is happening to you, is happening for you. When someone can admit that, they are ready for a change and everything will start changing for them. When someone can admit that, that means they’ve reached a level in their consciousness that makes them realize, they are the creators of their own lives, and they don’t have to be the victim anymore,” shares Mary Greene Mazur.
