Waikoloa Vacation Rentals Taps Into the Private Home Market

Waikoloa Vacation Rentals, mostly known for their luxury condos at Waikoloa, recently moved into the private home market along the Kohala Coast. The vast amount of these homes are located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, which offers very few private homes all in beach access locations.

The first addition was the most luxurious home at Waikoloa Beach Resort, The Pacific Sunset Villa at Naupaka Place. "We are extremely excited to welcome this home to our program. Another addition was a private 3 bedroom home at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort. This home offers one of the rarities of the beach being just a short walk away from the backyard. Built by Maryl, this home has been commented on as being one of the best built homes with a luxurious design at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Most recently Waikoloa Vacation Rentals added a home to their program at Hualalai Resort. Rob Dalton said, "Getting the opportunity to add a home at Hualalai is an excellent opportunity for us.
