EurekaMag OÜ is a newly registered company in Tallinn, Estonia.

The associated website was formed as a repository of agriculture science article in 2004. The now 18-years old site covered costs with Adsense which was just three years older. In 2016, EurekaMag switched to a digital Document Delivery Service (DDS), supplying the full-text articles of it's current 56+ million references from the life, earth and the medical sciences. One of its reference sources is PubMed, an aggregator of biomedical and life sciences literature.

The core business of EurekaMag is providing scanned copies of articles published in print only. Suppliers currently comprise 54 international libraries including the US National Library of Medicine, the largest medicine library in Europe, the National Library of Australia, the National Diet Library in Japan, the National Science Library in China and several libraries in Eastern Europe. The latter hold a wide range of journals and books published in Eastern Europe and Russia particularly during the "cold war".

While consumers can easily order articles with a few clicks through EurekaMag's website, the site also supports corporate customers such as copyright law firms, libraries and resellers. EurekaMag offers discounted prices for such clients who usually email a list of references.

EurekaMag delivers articles in electronic format with OCR in the native language of the text applied. PDFs of electronic articles cost $19.90 and get emailed shortly after receipt of orders. Articles from printed sources get usually emailed within 1 workday and cost $29.90. These costs include all copyright fees. Thereby, EurekaMag's services are faster and cheaper than those of "traditional" interlibrary loan services.
