Piddi Design Announces Partnership with Maison Francis Kurkdjian

Piddi Design, a family-owned mill-work shop, has announced a partnership with the leading perfume brand, Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK).

Boutique family owned mill-work shop, Piddi Design has announced that it has partnered with the leading perfume brand, Maison Francis Kurkdjian. MFK, as the brand is more commonly known, was created by Armenian born perfumier, Francis Kurkdjian. He first made waves on the fragrance scene when he created the fragrance Le Male for Jean Paul Gaultier in 1995, which went on to become one of the best-selling perfumes in the world. Before he set up the MFK brand along with Lebanese-French businessman, Marc Chaya, he created more than 40 fragrances for leading companies like Burberry, Elie Saab and Elizabeth Arden.

Piddi Design is a family-owned mill-work shop that initially specialized in builds for trade shows and then forayed into luxury retail, perfumes, and even clothing industries in the wake of the slowdown in the economy due to the pandemic. The firm has grown at a fast pace in the post-pandemic scenario and recently crossed the milestone of 15000 successful projects.

According to Caitlin, the new partnership offered fresh challenges in terms of design in addition to boosting brand awareness. The entire design for the build was expected to replicate the look of marble. Marble could not be used for this kind of design and hence the Piddi Design team had to come up with a suitable alternative that resembles marble. The company had to go to great lengths to find an alternative material that was acceptable to the brand. The company's vast knowledge allowed for such tactics to be used without the public ever knowing that real marble was not used.
